25cm coaxial cable, remove outer sheath

Peel off the copper webbing,

Trim 2.5 cm of plastic from each end.

Cut the plastic all the way around, leaving the internal wire full length every 5 cm.  

Rub the webbing together to create a wire, or just use another piece of wire to wrap around the plastic. wrap three times per segment.

Cut 4 short pieces and expose ends. Cut a fridge magnet into a square and fit it all together as pictured. It doesn't have to be spot on. It is an energetic harmoniser which tells the atmospheric world that you are moving into respiration. Trees have other things to do; they don't stay connected to us all the time. Our natural signal can get lost, and the beacon to let nature know that we are open for business isn't toggled on. 

This replaces that switch and aligns the energetic fields to yoo-hoo nature. 

Particularly good for city dwellers.

So, only use this when you are entering emotional respiration mode. and you can keep it close when you sleep.

Doing this not only shows respect to nature but also creates a powerful neural pathway, which will create an association. In the future, just picking up the harmoniser will tell your entire psyche to prepare for respiration and the WDS. A small trigger to initiate the powerful ignition.
